The fastest way to schedule an inspection appointment is with a phone call. Depending upon the issue you are having we will assign the most experienced, knowledgeable inspector to your case.
We employ inspectors licensed to identify and provide treatment options for termites and other wood destroying organisms, and inspectors licensed to identify and prescribe treatment options for household pests such as ants, bed bugs, rats, and other general pests.

A Complete Termite Inspection is a top to bottom, inside and outside inspection of your home. Our state licensed inspectors will look for signs of active infestation and for conditions that contribute to infestations of termites, wood boring beetles, fungus/dry rot, and other wood destroying organisms.
(A termite inspection is not the same as a “Home Inspection” that focuses on the structural components of a home, such as foundation and electrical.)
A Limited Area Termite Inspection is recommended when a homeowner notices a specific area of concern, often a pile of termite pellets (frass/droppings). Our state licensed inspectors will assess the situation and, if necessary, recommend treatment options based on the severity of the infestation.
Rats? Mice? Ants? Other pests? Thrasher’s licensed pest control team will find, identify, and then prescribe appropriate controls for the pests in and around your home.
While most people know when mosquitoes are the cause of their itchy bites, other sources of insect bites are more difficult to identify and eliminate. Our licensed pest inspectors are very experienced at finding and treating biting insects such as bed bugs, mites, and fleas.
